I don't know either. But I do know that if you have pneumonia, it's harder to breathe laying flat because it spreads liquid over more of the surface of the lung. So maybe there is a similar factor at work with bleeds.

I don't know either. But I do know that if you have pneumonia, it's harder to breathe laying flat because it spreads liquid over more of the surface of the lung. So maybe there is a similar factor at work with bleeds.
