LL: I have a very rare mutation combination. I have CF but i am thinking I have metabolic CF syndrome. I cannot LOSE weight to save my life, despite exercising daily my entire life. I have to practicially starve to lose weight. The opposite of most CFers. I do not find the CF clinic to be knowledgeable at all - and they are supposed to be the best in the area (major university hospital you have heard of). Basically i think they use me for their study and know very little.
