Bloating

Yup, emzymes do tihs too me to, so I stopped taking them long ago. I found that I eat so much more without the emzymes. The bloating was killing my appetite. I get some cramps from time to time, but I am able to deal with them without any problems and my weight is in the normal range for my height.

Terri - I also take Ultrase but I know I get tummy aches and have to add a few pills when eating anything I KNOW will bother me. I am not sure what the difference is at all though, sorry.

As far as stopping my enzymes...I could NEVER do this!!! I would loose 10 lbs in 2 days! Everything would come right back out. I don't know how you people that are insufficient do it <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

I take Nexium at night and that helps with tummy troubles and helps a lot with weight gain.
