Arnica cream is used for bruising, at least it is here. It's green and sticks but it does help with swelling. I don't know how it helps but it does haha.

Good to hear the Advil helped Courtney

Not gonna lie, sometimes i make a point of showing everyone i possibly can about what the docs did to me and they're sympathy alone is enough to make it all better, lol.

But advil works too.

This is so funny. Last summer when my kids were in, I gave blood at the hospital blood bank. When I took the bandaid off, I was bruised around the pressure gauze about 2". It was gross. The nurses were horrified and told me to go back down to the person who did it. She claimed it was because I did something wrong. It did make me feel better when the nurses said it was gross too.

The nurses said ice and tylenol. The bruise was still there two weeks later.

Yeah sometimes those bruises are the worst to make go away. They take eons, and it's b/c the blood leaked into the muscle and u just have to wait for ur system to wash it away.

But battle scars like that are cool! lol

HAHAHA bree!

Our family calls this our "poor, poor me" moments. Anytime any of the kids get hurt we hug them and say "poor poor Courtney/Lauren/Cameron".

It is our way of saying we know you are hurting and we are thinking of you.

My hubby has been very good with "poor, poor Seana" moments the last week with my knee issues.
