Hiiii.
I came down with a chest infection a couple of days ago and started taking a few antibx. Last night I got to that stage where you cough so much there's basically nothing left to bring up but you start having chest spasms and vomiting. Anyway the phlegm i spewed up was BRIGHT TURQUOISE BLUE. Like the most artificial looking blue you can imagine. But I had barely eaten anything all day, let alone something that colour.
The only thing that comes to mind is half-digested medication? About an hour earlier I'd taken a six-pill-combo of antibx and painkillers, as well as constant use of ventolin (salbutamol) inhaler. It's just that it seemed to be coming from my lungs, not my stomach?
I texted one of my doctors this morning but she couldn't explain it, can anyone here? I don't feel morbidly unwell I'm just ttly mystified!
Thnks, P.
