Breaking a rib while coughing

Lindsey, thanks for input!! I'll keep the physical therapy idea in mind. I'm afraid to let off my airway clearance right now. I think that might make things real difficult if my infection gets any worse...

Lindsey, thanks for input!! I'll keep the physical therapy idea in mind. I'm afraid to let off my airway clearance right now. I think that might make things real difficult if my infection gets any worse...

This is why it's SO IMPORTANT to get a DEXA Scan once a year to test for osteoporosis (per CF Foundation guidelines).

Treating this disease can help prevent painful fractures all over your body, including the ribs.
