Good luck! I had a C section with Kate and it was not a bad recovery at all. She was also breech, but had been all along since about 18 weeks. If I remember correctly, I felt like they want you to cough a lot after it as well. I don't really remeber why though- maybe something with gas or stomach muscles? Anyway, whatever the reason they do ask you to cough a lot afterwards so maybe that will help put your mind at ease. Good luck!

I personally don't know specific things to do to change the positioning, but I'm pretty sure there are a lot ideas on this via your doc, the web and from people who have shared a similar experience.
