Brief hot flashes and sweating with hemoptysis

Maybe the "hot flashes" are actually low blood sugar attacks. I get sweaty & weak when my blood sugars are low. I just eat some chocolate or something & feel much better. The hemoptysis could be a sign of infection & sometimes an infection is linked to blood sugar swings. I dunno... just a thought! Both have definitey occured with me.
