Clinical trial phase III finds bronchitol is efective for the treatment of bronchiectasies.

</a>Bronchitol seems to work in a similar way to hypertonic saline, but with a dry powder inhaler, (faster and easier to use). Phase III trial in bronchiectasies patients has finished and it shows it´s safe and effective. Trials on cystic fibrosis patients are being carried on.
Anybody knows anything else about bronchitol? do you know in how many years could it be approved?
