I know this thread is really old, but I recently started having problems with muscle twitching and wanted to see if blindhearted ever found a solution to her issue. My twitching seems to match yours exactly - it happens some throughout the day, but it gets ridiculous when I lay down to rest, and the twitches happen all over my body. I also have some muscle fatigue and stiffness as well. I've talked to my primary care doctor, CF clinic, and neurologist about it, but no one has any ideas.
