My sinuses are also clear but have the constant sinus headache. Mine is caused from inflammation same as Lindsey. When I was younger, I had multiple surgeries to remove polyps. Now I have little protective membrane in my sinuses so they are super sensative. Nasel arrigation helps a lot. Good Luck.
