Bumps in my nose...

Ok, today I have bumps in my left nostril. Gross I know. They don't hurt, I just feel stuffy on that side. I swabbed it with peroxide and then put Vicks up there.

They look like little blisters... of course I can't get a great look at it. But does anyone know what this might be? I googled it and it could be Herpes, Lupus, or about 200 other things?!

It feels dry up there but that's about all. Not really bothersome, I just hope they stay up in there and don't come out my nose. Then I'd be REALLY grossed out.

Any ideas?

Yeah, could be polyps. I remember that when I had them back in the day, I could tilt my head back, and look in the mirror.. and I could see one of them up there. How big are they?
