just get along?
Or another question could be is that before we post our opinions and complain about a person being too negative can we ask them more questions on where they are coming from? some people just need to express themselves and that's how they get over something? don't we all need to express our thoughts and feelings to realize that might not be that big or to get advice to solve the problem?
let people just vent instead of writing about the attitude. We can never get the full effect of someone's attitude because we can't see the face or hear the tone of their voice. If someone wrote something that just rubs you the wrong way tell them that or course in the nice way and without insulting everyone.

I personally think we all need those exageratedly big red hollow plastic bats those little kids have (the ones that sting on bare skin), and we need to beat each other with them once a month to get out the rage inside. Of course we can target who we dislike the most and go at it. Aside from some really red irritated stinging skin, no harm will be done. I will be at the corner of 56th street and 92nd avenue in Philadelphia next friday if you guys want to boogie down. I expect atleast one challenger k?

I agree with both of you!
The bats are a good idea, Sean Davis. Remember those scoop things that you used to put plastic balls inside of and then chuck them? What are those things called? Anyway, you could chuck balls pretty hard at someone with them.

I think that we all probably have been guilty at one time or another of not giving someone a fair chance. Or not asking enough questions before running to judgment.

Because we don't actually see each other, or know everyone's history, how can we really tell how they feel?

I personally haven't let any of the recent crazy threads bother me too much. I think this is a great place to have people understand you, and share what's going on in their world.

Think about it this way-how would we all act if say we were physically together in one big room? I'm sure that people would have much better manners, and there would be less jumping down each other's throat's.

I think the problem isn't so much negativity. There's some unneccesary negativity, but sometimes we have to be negative after all. I think the main problem with some is just plain old fashioned manners.

And let's keep this in perspective-there's only a few that act this way. I still think this is the best place in the world for someone like me to come and talk to people who really understand.

Oh I really liked that game with the huge things you put the ball in and then when you threw it the ball sort of rolled/flew out and then you caught the ball in it too. That was fun. I wonder why kids don't play with those anymore?

Anyway, you guys can beat your skin to stinging, I would rather play in bumper cars to release my rage

Speaking of old school toys, remember Jarts? They were those large lawn dart things, where you threw them at ground circles for points, kind of like horseshoes I guess. They were banned when idiots started throwing them in the air and trying to catch them, and of course, becoming impaled on them. I was going to recommend we get those and throw them in the air and catch them with our teeth, but we can't buy them anymore )

My daughter has those curved things that catch the plastic ball. We have a ball playing with them. I also remember Jarts....my cousin pierced his foot with one which is probably a reason we cant get them anymore.....
