I think the teacher acted as best she could....that
sounds like a damn if you do/darn if you don't. The purpose
of a drill is to treat it as the real thing and most people
involved shouldn't know it is not the real thing. If she had
allowed the girl to wet her clothes she would have really gotten in
bigger trouble.
