carbohydrate cravings

from what i understand, if you eat a lot of something, you can begin to crave it -- that's not necessarily your body telling you that you need, though!

i do think our bodies could crave carbs for quick energy, though. i'm not sure the best way to handle this is by eating straight carbs, though. (my nutritionis says try to eat fat, protein AND carbs every time you open your mouth!)
