Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone had any information regarding the Cayston Co-payment assistance programs. My insurance significantly increased the copay for not only Cayston, but TOBI and Pulmozyme too.
I can also no longer use the CF services pharmay for TOBI and Pulmozyme, and the only reason I think I can still use it for Cayston, is their pharmacy doesn't carry it!
Basically, for the Co-pay assistance programs, do you have to be within a certain income bracket? I know for the full assitance programs, there are certain income requirements, but what I'm wondering about the co-pay programs.
Thank you!
