cf and chest pains

For me, a sharp pain in my lungs doesn't necessarily mean I'm getting really sick, but that a blood vessel has popped and a little blood will come up with my sputum. This hasn't happened to me often, but it usually means laying off airway clearance for about 24 hours until the bleeding stops.

Good luck!
