CF and Crohn's disease

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone here suffers from Crohn's disease. I've been dealing with terrible joint/muscle pains for the past few months and the doctors are pretty sure i have Crohn's. I have to go in for a colonoscopy In 2 weeks to get my official diagnosis. I'm just wondering if there is anyone else out there dealing with both Crohn's and Cf. And what you do to help your muscle and joint pains. Also I know that the treatment for Crohn's is an immune suppressant drug, and i was wondering if people with CF can even use that medication due to the fact that it suppresses our immune systems. If anyone knows anything about this let me know! Thanks.

My daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's in March 2011. After discussions with her CF doc, her GI decided to put her on Budesonide and she has not had any problems with it. She's on 9mg a day and says she can tell when she's slacked off and not taken it. She doesn't suffer from muscle and joint pain, just the colon issues.
