CF and twins

I have a friend who has fraternal twins (boy/girl) both with CF. Her daughter was born with MI and diagnosed right away, they tested the son and other sibling and the other twin also was diagnosed later.

I hope that both twins do not have CF. But it is probably the same statistic as any sibling, provided they are fraternal.
