blah - though Im doing good I am bummed...

weight: 114 (up from 97 in july).
FEV1: 52% (up from 51% on discharge august 13th)

Well I am glad for the weight. So hopefully Ill get to 125 soon enough.

On the worse note I am sad for my FEV1 nummber. 52% thats ONE LUNG...thats it... I have been feeling great (lung wise) and I was expecting ATLEAST something over 55 if not 60%... I just wanted to cry when I say 52% (in fact the first time I blew it was only 45, though I HATE the offices machine its a REALLY old version of the machine/hand held) so I swear its the machine and not my real lung function.

But I am just said this may actually be my baseline...I want by OLD baseline of 70%!!!!!

I think I may try a really aggressive treatment to see what it brings my lung function to by Oct 20th...

On another note they gave me some nasal irritations and a script for allegra. They also gave me some vitamins so I don't have to pay $22 for them.

O and on another note they didn't give me a glucose test -Im annoyed about it. So I am demanding that I get one since the last time I got one was when I was preggo! Hopefully the issues will get better and Ill start sleeping and peeing less...

Do you do bloodwork at every clinic? My doc has me do it and why wouldn't they just add that on to the bloodwork? I would be upfront about the recommendations of the CFF. It's been well over a year for you. How aggravating.

I'm sorry about your FEV1. Sometimes we try so hard and it's disheartening when our FEV1 doesn't reflect our effort. I guess I know how my students feel when they try so hard and aren't always successful in math. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
