there are so many initials - CF, CP, CHF, .... my medical records state that I was newly diagnosed with MS - guess the transcriber doesn't know about CF.
Jennifer - It makes me angry that the only person to tell you about the screw ups was your primary physician - many weeks later - why couldn't someone get it together and be honest enough to tell you when they realized they had made mistakes?
