yeah ya could ,dont take ya enzymes and youll look like a rake,basically ya wont digest any of ya food and it will all come out as slush at the other end(not nice i know)

i would suggest exercise.

i had a few extra pounds and decided exercise was a win-win. I would get into shape, build muscle and improve lung function.

i also decreased the crazy sugar foods that i grew up on (cuz i always needed to gain weight as a kid).

I will be honest, I did this in high school/early college. I didn't lose a pound. I did have horrible stomach issues though so I went back on them. Even if you did lose weight, you would be so bloated it wouldn't make a difference
