CF tummy ache

Ever try pro-biotics?? The best is BIO-K ...1/2 a bottle for daily maintenance and 1 full bottle per day when you have a tummy ache. ( The bottle is the size of an activia yogurt container). The only downside is the cost...it isn't cheap but man it works miracles in the digestive system. It helps any tummy troubles.

Sex works for me too!! But when I get a really bad tummy ache I DO use a heating pad and lay on one of my sides with my knees up towards my belly...like a fetal position...seems to help move things that are causing me problems...</end quote></div>

What do you do when you got that CF tummy ache while at work and you didn't bring your heating pad?

Ya think the co-workers might help with the other suggestion? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

As you mention it, I might have heard somewhere that plain yogurt is good for the digestive system. Not sure if it helps those "CF tummy aches", like the one I got today (could use one or all of the above suggested remedies right now!)

One last suggestion would be to bring a magazine to the bathroom and wait it out...
