You can order free address labels from cff.
I got mine a few days ago and I was also disappointed. I was expecting something about cf on them.

You could do what I do with my Great Strides letter -- I've copied and pasted the CFF & Great Strides Logos onto the document, along with a photo of ds. Imagine you could just do that with regular mailing labels, too.
