that bg sounds pretty high. maybe you have to increase whatever insulin dose you take. but check with doc first. i usually have to increase lantus and novolog with even a small dose of prednisone (4mg).

I have increased (on a pump) and gave myself over 30 units last night to get it to come down (every 2 hours rechecked and gave myself boosters) today I feel almost not here and not sure if it just because I was so high or what.
