I am curious to know if anyone can tell me the difference between a CF Chapter and a CF Center? I emailed cff.org with the same question and haven't gotten a response. Thanks for your help.
To the best of my knowledge a chapter is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Chapter and the center is the Cystic Fibrosis Clinic. For instance, we deal with the Delaware Valley Chapter of the CFF for any fundraising we do and we go to the DuPont Hospital Cystic Fibrosis Clinic for Dr's visits. I hope this helps.Jo Ann
A CF Center is a clinic that is acredited by the CF foundation, meaning that the doctors, nurses and social workers are experts on CF. A CF chapter is the foundations office in an area of the country that oversees fundraising and other stuff.Debbie22 yr old w/ CF
