Chest Pain...

So for the last 3 days(it's happened b4) I get extremely bad pain in my chest(in the rib cage area) after I eat. At first I thought it was becaue I ate waaaaaaay to much, but this is the 3rd day in a row. My BF says it gas!! It's not! CF docs took x-rays the last time this happened and found nothing wrong. So my question is...does anyone know why this is happening and how can I stop it. It's to the point where lying down hurts, sitting up hurts, breathing hurts...Advil don't even help.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Is it possible it's severe heartburn? I've had really really painful heartburn before to where I felt like someone was stabbing me in the chest. If it's possible, ask about acid reflux meds. Those make a world of difference.
