From DS' cf doctor, we were always told bare minimum of twice a day, three is best, some of his patients do 4 times, but that we as parents also need a life. We did 4 times a day when he was a baby and I was on maternity leave and when he'd get a cough. Otherwise we do three times a day -- 6 a.m., 5:30 pm and 10 pm. If you can manage it, IMO do once in the morning and once at night. Clear the stuff that's been sitting all night in her lungs and then again at night to help her sleep well.

DS had reflux and at first we'd wait about half an hour or do CPT before feeding him, but it really didn't make a difference. He never spit up during CPT.
