Thanks for sharing, that is neat--I had not seen it before.
That verse in Matthew is one I try to remember when I start stressing about life.

Nice post Brad, thank you. Everybody needs an attitude adjustment like this piece. I feel the same way everytime I see someone here going thru a rough time and I think--what have I got to complain about?!

I believe that 100% about choosing your moods.
I'm not saying I'm miss positive by any means-I fight every day to be that way.
But thanks for posting this-you have no idea how much this affects my personal life right now, and how much I needed to read this.
