As far as I know (and remember) Bactrium can be taken with food. I just got off of it about 4 weeks ago.
Cipro is the more difficult one, especially for me. The no dairy (or anything with calcium), and vitamins or minerals like magnesium and iron and antacids... I just struggle with finding where to "fit" it in with the 6 hours before eating, 2 hours after eating etc...
So as far as I know, Cipro is the only one with "food" restrictions, and you can still take it with food, just not stuff with calcium. Iron and Magnesium are probably in most foods but probably small enough to not matter.
Ps: Im on levaquin right now, close to cipro and my bottle says "with or without food"
