Thats interesting. I forgot to ask at clinic if i should take the Zithro as well so phoned when i got home and was told yes. So maybe that was why i was chucking up !!

Anyway i've stopped the Cipro, so am now on the Doxycycline, Zithro and inhaled Tobi. So far so good no more throwing up. Just a bad dizzy spell this afternoon at work. Maybe it was the depression from being cooped up on a nice sunny day LOL!!!

Anyway i've stopped the Cipro, so am now on the Doxycycline, Zithro and inhaled Tobi. So far so good no more throwing up. Just a bad dizzy spell this afternoon at work. Maybe it was the depression from being cooped up on a nice sunny day LOL!!!

I have a really hard time with Cipro at 750 mg twice a day. So what helps me and now I can get through a full 10 day course of oral Cipro is the following:

I take 500mg 3 times a day with food and I take the GENERIC version of it. It totally works for me.

I am on it now too!

My doctor seems to swear by Cipro. Personally, I like Bactrim alot better. I always steer clear of Doxycyclone, as I'm allergic to it I break out in a rash.
