I have it pre-arranged with Express Scripts that if I'm not home during delivery, they are to give instructions to Fedex or UPS to leave the package with my rental manager. Works great every time. The pharmacy you deal with should accommodate you in that way because they certainly don't want the meds to get lost or go bad if it sits in the heat too long. Good luck.
