Have y'all noticed how nice it is around here lately???

Seems that this place is so much more welcoming, encouraging and respectful...

I love it. What has happened to create this change? I hope we continue in this fashion as I feel people are so much more likely to ask questions and be honest when they are not judged to pieces.

Keep it up everyone. I will be recommending this site to new cfers now...before I was worried it was a little to harsh...

I think having a Code of Conduct spelled out has a lot to do with how things are. We're all holding ourselves to a higher standard of civility, and we know what sort of behavior will require moderators to step in.

Another thing that may be causing it is that we all got a big dose of the "life's too short to be petty" medicine when we lost Littledebbie. But that's just my opinion.

I'm also recommending the site to more people than I was before. This site really is a tremendous support. Have you noticed how many new members we've been getting? It's so great to see our community expand and grow.
