My daughter is in college and has a pretty convenient routine for washing nebs. You need to get two things -- a microwave sterilizer and a dryer. Both products are actually meant for baby bottles. She washes in hot soapy water in her bathroom sink. She has a small bin and some dish soap for doing this. Then she sterilizes using a Medela Quick-Clean Micro-Steam Bag. This holds 2 nebs at a time. If you need to sterilize more nebs, you can get a larger microwave steam sterilizer (like the Avent Express II) or a countertop model that doesn't require a microwave (also made by Avent). The countertop one is pretty expensive, but cheaper than buying a microwave! Next step is drying the nebs in a Germ Guardian. Also not cheap, but well worth it. It's really helpful because it does the job in a half-hour, which is much better than having the nebs sit around your room on a paper towel to dry. All these products are available on Amazon, and elsewhere on line. Good luck!
