Coca-Cola

While I don't think that Coke should be considered a "healthy" drink by any means, the current research shows that caffenine does not have the dehydrating effect that was once thought. Here is an example of an article about it: <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://advance.uconn.edu/2002/020722/02072207.htm

Actual Coke certainly doesn't make me feel "hydrated"; at the least it quenches my thirst for awhile but I usually end up with a drier mouth than I started with. I guess they can make a "rehydrating" claim with soda like Sprite or their other non-caffeinated soda and I guess they include Powerade in that number as well. But not regular Coke.
