i know your question was asked back in january but i just read it and want to respond....
im 28 years old and obviously have cf. i have done coke here and there but i am a very very healthy individual. the coke doesnt have an effect of the lungs obviously but i do have concerns about my nasal cavity. i have sinus surgery to alleviate the pressure in my sinuses but i do know that my doctor has had to do some reconstructive surgery on the inside of my nose. i dont know if the coke has something to do with that but i dont think it does.
my boyfriend smokes ciggarettes and does coke alot... he has just learned of my condition and i am hoping he will stop using and smoking... we will see.
