Is warm weather generally better for cf. My health seems to go down hill in the winter time. I hate the cold and generally feel worse after being out in it. It could be that my lungs are just more sensitive these days, since it didn't bother me as a kid.
During the winter I exercise indoors unless the temperature is above 60. I hate windy days too as they make my nose run cause me to cough more.
