My friend is looking to go back to school now that he's been transplanted but he claims that he can't get any outside funding because he is no longer qualified as a "disabled". Now I know this isn't the case considering he still has CF and he lost two years of his life to it before transplant. Plus the transplant itself is a major health condition. So, who here has received financial help from scholarships post-transplant and what foundations did you apply to?
