What brand of MCT do you use? I use a MCT from nestle. I'm loooking other cheaper.

I take ADE & K through a vitamin called SourceCF. Due to hemoptysis I take the extra Vit K. I don't know anything about the specific K's you mentioned.

As for MCT..is that medium chain triglycerides?
I don't supplement with those but I do try to cook with coconut oil.
