Okay, I guess I will give my no nos. I have told drs that I do some nebs twice a day when I only do them once because the cost has gotten insane. I know terrible no no, I do sometimes skip HS, and I havent been exercising as much as I should. 3 times a week instead of say 5. Never drank, or done recreational drugs. When I went through everything after having cambree and was on some pretty high pain killers. I did have a drug of choice. Diladed sp? It was great.

Hahaha this is a sweet post..hmmm sometimes when I get home after a show at 3-4am I skip my hyperstonic saline...I try and stay out of smoky bars here in Detroit and do a pretty good job, but when my band plays or one of my favorites play I have to be there..and I hate it!!

I am glad I finally changed my life and now include tons of exercise, eating right and drinking tons of water..man from age 19-21 I would drink quite a bit..like any typical 19-21 year old I used to get crazy!! Always been agains smoking (any form) and illegal drugs...once I hit 21 I was over drinking myself silly..now I have a good local brew every now and then or a glass or red wine with dinner..on a really bad day I'll drink a whole fountain coke..Last week I have ice cream every day of the week, Yikes hahaha! Sh....
