CONFUSED ABOUT CAYSTON

I don't see why you'd need sterile water prior to putting the nebs into a sterilizer which heats the water to boiling. As Jana also said, some sterilizers need to use DISTILLED water to avoid mineral buildup on the heating element (the Avent does- I don't know about the Nuk.) There's a difference.

I use the NUK sterilizer that came from CFservices.

I only sterilize once a day. I rinse each piece off in hot water for about 15 seconds. I then lay it in the top of the serilizer to air dry. At night after the final use, I ALL wash with soapy water hot water and then place them in the sterilizer w/ distilled water.

I clean my sterilizer once a week with a water vinegar solution as well.

Yes I even put the metal piece in (and I called and asked and they said yes)
