Do any of you have the following:

- severe surface and internal eye pain (and/or dry eye)
- head pain - pain meds are non effective
- eye floaters that came about suddenly

I've had wierd overheating and breathing issues my whole life and doctors never diagnosed anything. I just found out that I may have bilateral absense of vas. (mid 30s)

I still think it sounds like heart/blood pressure related issues you are having. Have you had a treadmill test? I hope you get to the bottom of all this soon.

This could be a bit out there but... is dehydration a possibility? Whenever I get "eye headaches" that is usually what causes it. I sweat a lot and obviously lose a lot of salt, so if I'm not careful to drink enough water, I get dehydrated easily.
