hey zoey! Although this is not a typical cookie recipe I think it's great. A teacher gave it to me so I just happen to have it here.
Chocolate chip dooies (or whatever kind)
2 rolls of refrigerated cookie dough(any kind you like)
3 eggs
2cups of sugar
8 ounces of cream cheese
Grease a 9x13 inch dish. Spread one roll of cookie dough on the bottom of the dish. Combine eggs, sugar and cream cheese in a bowl-mix well. Pour mixture on top of the cookie dough. Pat out the second roll of dough on wax paper by hand or a lightly buttered rolling pin and place it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 325* for 1hour or until center is firm. If top starts to get brown too quick, cover with tinfoil. Let cool about 10-15 minutes. ENJOY!!!!
