I did what was mentioned about blowing my nose to see if blood was coming out that way, but no luck, so I think it was a bit of hemoptysis. It was only a tissue or two with a bit of blood mixed in with mucous, so it wasn't as critical as the last time.
I don't have evening nebs, I did stop the evening treatments when it happened the last time. However, because the bleeding had stopped suddenly, and I did suspect it was the sinuses because of the dry air and how my nose felt, I did my morning nebs...just a few streaks of blood as I was approaching the entrance to work.
However, if it does happen again where I fill another tissue or more, I'll immediately phone my doc. Of course, depending on the degree, I may report it to my boss before going for a ride in an ambulance or something (and calling my doc).
