Coughing Hot to Cold or Cold to Hot

I am coughing with temperature changes. It used to be drastic changes like in the winter going outside in the cold. I would cough usually to the point of vomiting. Now I am noticing it get out the shower or slight temperature changes. I take my xopenex before any temperature changes.

Anyone else get this? Or have any suggestions.

I get this too. My dad keeps our house so cold all year round and going outside or coming back in results in a major post nasal drip episode and coughing fit. Not sure how to fix this.
