Oh, that remind me about what you said about giving enzymes halfway through. Dr. Warwick (he invented the vest and an incredible cf dr) recommends his patients take enzymes 1/2 way through and at the end of the meal, not before. So we have always done that. Like Sherry said you can then decide how much fat they had and how many enzymes to give.
