My b/f wasn't diagnosed till he was 20 and that was because of one instance where he coughed up blood. Before then he was never hospitalized and led a very healthy childhood. Being 6'4" the only signs of CF he presented before was the oily stool and being slightly underweight. It still amazes me the different ways of growing up with CF. I'm glad he was fortunate to grow up without the severe complications I'm so sorry to hear some others having to deal with. God bless and good luck to everyone dealing with this disease.
