Laura, I think you make a wallet card with it. They know to look for bracelets and necklaces... and for wallet cards. You make a wallet card that says "I have a medic alert flash drive on my keys" and they go and grab it and shove it in the nearest computer.

I do not see much need for them. I have thought about ordering one in the past. But I do not see CF alone being a need for it. It really does not change a first responders approach. It's not like one minute all is fine w/ a CFer then the next minute their lungs stop. And if someone is laboring to breathe and it is their baseline, a little oxygen at first is not going to hurt them. I could see them being useful if a CF person was also diabetic or something like that.
