Hi dan,
My daughter has your same mutation, (the other is 2789+5g>a).
I write you to know if you have information about kalydeco for our mutation...in vitro is ok and works very well but the 3 phase of clinical trials has no risults just now.
Have you informations about or better have you tried kalydeco on you?
