Like any med there are risks. Alcohol with Dalacin C isnt recommeded if you have liver or digestive issues because the combo may cause increased side affects of liver function & diahrea. Having CF already puts us in a higher risk catergory, but each person is different. My opinion.... if in doubt leave the alcohol out!!!!!!!!!!!
